01 / The problem

Hot fueling is still a person, a hose, and a running pumper.

A conventional daisy chain puts fuel under pressure next to exhaust, radiant heat, and noise. The hose is heavy. The spray, if a fitting lets go, is atmospheric fuel in the exclusion zone. Someone has to stand there for every fill.

When a pumper comes off for maintenance, that same chain has to be broken and remade. Fifteen to twenty minutes is the number published against this equipment class. That is non-productive time you can see on a stage chart.

Integral is built around a single objective: keep fuel moving to the spread while keeping personnel out of that hazard geometry, in a way that is measured, documented, and repeatable on every location.

02 / The unit

Self-contained. Self-powered. Spotted once.

Each Integral Fueler is a 53-foot, highway-legal trailer with its own generator. It ties into the spread without modifying pumper tanks. Lines are individual, metered, and depressurized. The operator watches valves and pumps from inside the unit. A portal exposes tank level and per-pumper, per-stage fuel use to people who are not standing on the pad.

Built-in logic and hydrostatic sensors. Underfill and overfill protection. Double containment at critical points. No splash filling. Failure-mode review and P&IDs available for safety and facilities. Metering is per pumper and per stage, which is what you want when reconciling fuel against a well or a zipper.
