Safety

The hazard is fuel, heat, and a person in the same place.

Integral's automated fuelers exist because that combination is a poor control. This page is what a fire investigator, a safety superintendent, or a completions engineer can walk before the unit is accepted on location.

People out of the hot zone

The unit spots off the exclusion area. No one stands beside a running pumper with a pressurized hose to fuel it. That is the primary control, and every other feature supports it.

No pressurized fuel lines

Fuel is delivered without the atmospheric spray of conventional hot fueling. There is no splash filling, and underfill and overfill protection sits on the pump control.

Containment by design

The unit is mounted on a spill-containment skid, with a closed system at the tank and an overfill tube routed to a catch pail. Moving with tanks that are not full also reduces roadside spill exposure.

Documented for review

Failure-mode analysis and P&IDs are available for inspection. We provide the engineering documentation your fire and safety reviewers expect, and we schedule the walk-through before the unit is accepted.

Fewer people, less exposure

Automation reduces dedicated fueling labor from a large hose crew to a two-person watch on the unit. Fewer people in the noise and heat is a safety outcome, not only a cost one.

Near-miss, hazard-identification, and incident reporting are fully digital, with alerts sent instantly to field supervisors and safety personnel.

The equipment is a fully grounded, spill-contained, closed system built for hazardous-area service. Eliminating spills, reducing idling between stages, and cutting non-productive time all lower the footprint of the operation. Certification detail is available on request.

Inspection package

Ask for the package in the quote request. It is the material your fire and safety reviewers expect: P&IDs, failure-mode notes, and a walk-through of the interlocks. We provide the engineering documentation, not a brochure.

Confirm line count and configuration against the specific trailer assigned to the job. If your management-of-change process has a requirement we have not covered, put it in the request and we will address it directly.
