Published configurations run discrete 12 / 20 / 24 / 28 line counts on 53-foot trailers, with 7,900-gallon tanks on the stored models and no onboard tank on the location-storage unit. Confirm the specific trailer assigned to a job before issuing a call-out.

Compact

IF-12

Smaller spreads, zipper pads with fewer pumpers, or a second unit on a large location.

Model sheet →

Twelve metered fuel lines on a 53-foot trailer with optional 30,000 L onboard storage. The same control logic and filtration as the rest of the fleet, sized for spreads that do not require 20-plus connections.

Standard

IF-20

Typical North American frac spreads in the 16–20 pumper range.

Model sheet →

The workhorse configuration: 20 fuel lines, optional 7,900-gallon onboard storage, 30-micron filtration, and in-cab monitoring, sized for the majority of North American spreads.

High-count

IF-24

Larger fleets that still want onboard volume for the first hours after mobilization.

Model sheet →

Twenty-four fuel lines with optional onboard storage. Specified when the spread is large but the unit should still carry its own first-fill volume.

High-count

IF-28

Large spreads that want maximum line count with the option of onboard storage.

Model sheet →

Twenty-four to 28 lines on a 53-foot trailer, optional 30,000 L storage, and the same 45 L/min per line and 30-micron filtration. Exact line count is confirmed at award.

Location-storage

IF-28H

High-horsepower pads with existing bulk storage and a 28-line hookup count.

Model sheet →

Twenty-eight lines, no onboard tank. The trailer is the distribution and control package; fuel inventory lives in the location storage the completions team has already specified.
